If you have read this story before and are wondering where the chapters have gone, then firstly, let me apologize. I have removed them from RoyalRoad because I have started another revision of the story in which I am doing some major restructuring of plot, character, and pacing.
I am doing this because I do want to eventually publish this story elsewhere, and having an old copy on this website isn't entirely going to help with that haha
That said...I am more than willing to provide a copy of the version I posted to RoyalRoad, but I will only ask that it only be read privately. Please don't post it anywhere.

I really like the updates and fixes I'm making to the story so far, and I'm currently about halfway done with the new version! I hope to share an even better rendition of A Stirring at the Ridge, soon!
