Ascension of a Demon Lord [Progression/LitRPG | Rewrite]

Whenever she takes a life, Rena Shinohara grows just a little bit stronger… In a desperate bid to show his worth amongst his fellow Court Mages, a certain mage fires his summoning spell earlier than intended—and it misfires. Instead of a great [Hero], he drags forth a [Demon Lord]—those who rule over the entirety of the demon populace and even death itself. Realising his mistake, he severs the contract before the girl can awaken to her true potential, hoping for her to die in a foreign land. But, even the strongest mages cannot shy fate. Because out there, somewhere—somewhere—two gods are pulling the strings… ~~~ Death? Really? Nah, no thanks. Sure, I get stranded and fight roaches every second Tuesday for a while, but hey; I get stronger! I kill, and raise my stats so much that even power creeps would get jealous! Oh yeah, there's also this human-demon war about to break out and all, but that's none of my business. Ugh, the one thing more stupid than politics is war. Re-write of my older fiction Updates Tuesday and Friday Thanks to @Wong40k for the typography!
