Crossing the Rubicon: Origins - Fantasy, Apocalyptic Survival, and Death

"They were never predictable. It was our fault for thinking so..." Humans pride themselves on their constant evolutions and advancements, establishing themselves above others in surviving natural selection. Yet underneath a sky of flame, the world turned dark as technology failed them and humans lost their edge.  Soon after the fall, they came. First individually and then in packs, turning civilization to ash. The first to see them thought they were figments of the imagination but by the time they realized what it was, the shadows had taken them. In a world like this, there was only one thing that ensured survival. Power. The novel follows the story of 4 characters as they fight for their lives in this new world.  Releases on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:05 E.S.T.
