Divinity Led Growth

Things go from bad to worse for Mairead Carrigan, when she’s abruptly laid off from her tech job, falsely accused of misappropriation and extortion, and then forced into the path of an oncoming truck. Death should have been the end of her problems, but an overzealous heavenly recruiter and a dearth of demon lords means she’s getting laid off from her reincarnated role, too! Shunted back to her old life, she wakes to find she still has the class and skills of a Hero – but with no magic in this world, what good are they? Time to form a party, earn some cash, and maybe save the world? Scheduled updates on Tuesdays and Fridays. Note: the story is tagged with 'Gore', but such scenes are few and far between, and not lingered on unduly. I'll try to place chapter warnings where appropriate so readers can decide when and if they are ready for those depictions.
