Dustbound - A Cyberpunk Cultivation LitRPG

After a millennium of cultivation, Ning Shan—Patriarch of the Unfettered Immortal Pavilion—stood at the apex of his realm. Through unending conflict, he rallied all under the same banner—his own—until no one dared to challenge his rule. He soon set his sight on something far greater: breaking the shackles which kept him bound, and ascend by breaking the very sky above his head. In the end, he failed—his wings broken. Yet, not all was lost. He awoke in a land bathed in eternal darkness—where the sun had gone out—and only the dim light of distant stars shone upon the world. The qi he had known all his life ceased to be—replaced with a strange red dust that seemed to permeate the realm. Exotic mutated creatures of flesh and metal had claimed the surface while the remnants of humanity hunkered down into shelters of their own making, weathering the storm until they would rise again. With the absence of qi, spiritual arts were no longer feasible. Instead, mankind relied on the advent of technology and the red dust that powered it. Through it, they slowly endeavoured to reclaim the land, yet their progress was slow and bloody. Now, giant corporations rule what remains of human civilization, disregarding all on their path to profit. Thrust into a world on the brink of extinction, Ning Shan endeavours to rise above it all, once again breaking the shackles. Yet, many seek to bar his path. Watch as he aims to reach the peak again and rule over this foreign world. ******** 3 chapters/week - Tue/Thu/Sat Progression LitRPG in a cyberpunk world Over 25 advanced chapters available on Patreon!
