A third-rate (ahem, professional!) actor from Earth transmigrates into a pampered cultivator's body with a System that grants him power, wealth, skills, and anything else he desires... based on which, and how many, people believe he actually possesses said things. To survive and thrive, he must become the ultimate Actor, bluffing his way up the cultivation ladder one performance at a time. ______________________________________________________________ Lengthy Author's Note: Just like all of my other stories, this story will make use of advanced vocabulary and grammar. You can expect to read PLENTY of descriptions in order to increase immersion: in other words, my goal is for the reader to experience the world first-hand, including what the characters are thinking, feeling, seeing, smelling, tasting... etc. Some people may call that style of storytelling "wordy." I call it "high quality writing." I promise that, if you give it a chance, my style will grow on you -- and you'll grow to appreciate and even crave more of it. ...Or not.
