Incursion Protocol

Test pilot Roy "Crash" McDaniels became the first human to attempt faster-than-light travel, but instead of breaking the speed of light, he’d broken into a universe that really, really didn’t want him there. His unplanned arrival triggers a powerful, omnipresent system that gamifies everything, mistaking him for the leader of an epic invasion. Now, branded as the universe’s greatest threat, he's hunted by civilizations that are just as clueless as he is, dragged into the game by the system without understanding the rules. All he wants is to get back home, but in a world where leveling up is the key to survival, escaping might be the hardest challenge of all.
