Magic Item Shop: Grand Opening

Justin had little reason left to stay in this world. So when his Great-Grand-Aunt's bizarre bequeathal offered him a new career in a new life in a new universe, he made his choices, and signed the magical contract. Being a retired lawyer, he naturally took advantage of an obvious loophole. . .and added a few amendments. And while Justin might not be entirely ready for the unforeseen consequences of altering the deal - - his new home town definitely isn't ready for Justin.
