Aurin is an aspiring tamer who ventures to Harmony Tower in the quaint town of Hazelton alongside his Minakai, the masked lizard, Shamtile. He has a simple, yet lofty, goal; to reach the top of Harmony Tower and prove to the world that he will be the best tamer the world has ever seen. He's joined by his newfound friend, Luna, and her own Minakai, the water drake, Innogon. Together they dare to ascend each floor and face whatever challenges come their way. Minakai is what you get if you take a heap of Azure Dreams, a dash of Monster Rancher, then a sprinkling of Pokémon. You mix them all together and serve in a light novel package.
