NARUTO: THE STRONGEST UZUMAKI

Tanaka Uzumaki was just a normal Chunnin ninja from the Hidden Whirlpool Village until he was injured while returning from the Leaf Village after completing a mission and remembered a past life in which he lived in a modern world. Of course, that wasn't all – he also acquired a strange ability... Perhaps if he hadn't remembered the past life, he would have been more confused. After all, the real world becomes configured like a game for him. People have names and levels above their heads, and when he repeats continuous actions, he gains new skills and attribute points.
