Reborn as a Demon Hat [A Monster Evolution Isekai LitRPG]

Why evolve one monster when you can [evolve] them all? Ethan Hawke's no stranger to Isekai stories. But now he's in one...as a hat. A hat that can [Possess] creatures and [Steal] their skills. Stuck in a world where monsters and hybrids are routinely hunted down and slain, Ethan's got his work cut out for him - especially considering that his System keeps painting a target on his back. Because he's not just a regular Hat. He's the Archon. The Lord of all demons. The last, best hope for monsterkind.  And he won't stop until he’s become the most OP demon the world’s ever seen. What to expect: + This story features a weak to Godlike OP progression path. + Multi-Evolution! Why evolve one monster when you can steal and upgrade skills from them all? This story takes Ethan from lowly rat to colossal dragon and everything in between. + A fun fantasy with some darker moments. Follow Ethan and his party of hybrid-monsters as they clear dungeons, build an empire, and take down a militant order bent on controlling the world. + Skills, skills, and more skills plus unique synergies to be unlocked. + Multi-Level dungeon delving with loot, special events, and multi-phase Boss fights where the Bosses themselves are the prize. + Tense, fast-paced fight scenes in classic LitRPG style interspersed with quieter character moments (no harem/no romance) + Exploration of Free Will v  Determinism is a major theme. + Catgirls, rabbitgirls, and Lycan warriors aplenty - fans of Final Fantasy will feel right at home (spoiler: they appear in chapter 9!). System in the story is sentient but not overly sarcastic.  Current Release Schedule: Reborn as a Demon Hat updates Mon-Weds-Fri. Patreon is 40 chapters ahead: Iron Lung Writes Discord Link here.
