Shattered Glass - A Cyberpunk Noir Crime Thriller

The dead and missing leave behind breadcrumbs for Lana Walker and her team to uncover. Red threads of fate entwine her life with those she seeks: from an enigmatically augmented cult leader to a troubled missing girl and, finally, to a mysterious serial killer. When the ghosts of her past come back knocking, her stoic facade begins to crumble. Grappling with the pain of her work in the darkest corners of humanity, her mother’s disapproval, and her conflicted identity as a woman of Asian and Caucasian descent, she will have to rediscover who she was always meant to be and embrace how she was never as alone as she imagined. Discover how faith, family, and resilience come hand in hand with the age-old questions of why we keep fighting and what it means to be human. What to expect: - An introspective journey in doing the right thing when the world refuses to thank you.  - Through Lana's eyes, everyone is the protagonist of their own story—even the villains. - Moments of quiet vulnerability shared with those who keep her grounded. - Chapters between 2,000-3,200 words. - Updates every 2-3 weeks.  "Shattered Glass" will have three arcs that each cover a different crime, all of which have more in common than first meets the eye. The entire story has already been outlined, with the first arc complete and the second arc in progress.
