The Essence

In a world that had forgotten the true essence of power, Eloken uncovers the existence of magic—a complex web of diverse sources, each bestowing upon its wielder remarkable abilities that defy the laws of nature. Guided by four mysterious figures, that appeared to him on the night he discovered magic, Eloken exploits a long-forgotten law of “Honorable Combat” to overthrow a tyrant ruler and get revenge for the murder of his parents and his brother. As society adapts to the newly discovered magic system and ancient creatures rise from the shadows, the revival of magic brings with it not just wonder, but even more challenges. The reawakening of arcane forces sets the stage for a saga where the very fabric of reality is at stake.  Eloken and his companions face the daunting task of navigating political intrigue, unraveling mysteries, and battling threats both terrestrial and otherworldly. Join Eloken and multiple other POV characters in a gripping narrative where ancient lore collides with newfound magic, where battles for justice reshape the destiny of realms, and where the true measure of power is tested in the face of unfathomable threats. This is not just a story of magic's return; it's a tale of courage, redemption, difficult choices, coming of age and a tale that blurs the lines between good and bad, darkness and light. The Essence is a long high-fantasy series that follows multiple characters as they navigate through a newly discovered magic sources.  The series will have a slow burn as I was heavily inspired to start writing by large epic fantasy books such as Stormlight Archive, Malazan Book Of The Fallen, Wheel of Time, and similar books.  But don't worry there will be action sprinkled every few chapters as characters come to grips with their power and explore the newly forming world around them. What else can the readers expect: - Long Epic fantasy - Unique and complex magic system  - Some YA storylines with the Academy of the Magic - Epic and bloody battles and duels - A lot of world-building, unique regions, creatures, and weapons. - Maps of the whole world, regions, cities, and battle fields - Images/Art of some of the breathtaking scenes I love reading epic fantasy and was missing something like this on the Reddit/Royal Road so I decided to let myself go into this world and it completely engulfed me, so I hope at least some of you enjoy this story and my writing.  The story runs 5+ chapters ahead on my Patreon!
