He wakes up in another world, but ... something's not quite right. His new life as an invisible spirit-creature promisies nothing but problems. Having ghostly tentacles instead of proper limbs? Weird. Forced to be a gopher to an annoying godling? That's bad. Killing almost anything he touches whether he wants to or not? That's worse. Turns out it's not easy to make friends when you are a Spiritual Tentacle Horror and pretty much everyone in the world would rather you didn't exist. But the chef is determined. Maybe there is a way to survive his new life, maybe there's even a way to fulfil some old dreams. And maybe, with a bit of luck, he won't have to do it alone. *** Thanks for reading, everyone.
