The Non-Human Society

The Non-Human Society is a shell of its former self. The Society is crumbling. Its members are scattered. Its ideals faded. Its heart broken. Renn still joins, seeking purpose... finding Vim, the Society's weary Protector. However, Vim guards more than the Society. He also hides a past she can't yet grasp, one unraveling with every step. As betrayal stirs from within, enemies draw near, and old wounds begin to rot, Renn and Vim must face a question neither are ready to answer... Is what they're trying to protect still worth saving? The Non-Human Society updates every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Side-stories released every second Wednesday of the month. Chapters alternate Point of Views. Chapter titles will have the character's PoV in them. What to expect? - An immersive world-building and character focused story! - A typical, but fleshed out, low-fantasy world. But there is hope! - Slow-burn, cozy romance with room to breathe! - A huge world to get lost in. Lots of content. Over 1.5M words and growing! - Monthly side stories that explore more of the world and cast. - A tiny sliver of my heart... forever yours!  Participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge  Support The Story and Read 16 Chapters Ahead On Patreon!
