The Rise of Chaos: Genesis

---HIATUS NOTE 18Apr25: Hey, hey, beautiful readers! I'm back. I am reformatting earlier chapters, rereading my own work and trying not to cringe at some parts and wail about being called a burned pacemaker--which I have to concede the early chapters absolutely feel like it... Anyway, I'm staging the release of chapters across some other media sites while I edit the RR chapters and write new content.  To new readers, please enjoy the series as it re-releases. Hope to see you stick around for new chapters! Follow the story of a young military officer whose world has turned upside down. Set in the fantastical world of Terae, a war-torn place ravaged by eldritch monsters and wild magick, young Airis Vanixi suddenly finds herself in the midst of a rebellion in humanity’s last city. Along with some close friends and many new companions, she begins a long journey to secure a home for her lost people. Amid all this: a new romance blooms, secrets of a lost empire reveal themselves, heroes are forged in the flames of combat, and a hidden purpose spirals out of control when the gods of the world get involved in the business of mortals. You can find The Rise of Chaos on Amazon in Paperback and eBook, and Audiobook on Audible! [LGBTQ+ representation is included in this novel] This series is releasing M-W-F @1600 PST/MST (I don't live in DST so who knows what'll happen) This series has staple LitRPG elements such as inventory and status screens, stat & ability points, skills, and damage notifications—however, I consider my writing style as "LitRPG-lite". I try to present them in a way that decreases any burden while reading/listening so they don't detract from the narrative. (If you dislike LitRPG, perhaps my style will change your mind!)
